SUNRISE CAMPGROUND

Located at the entrance of the Sunrise Park Resort. It is a primitive campground in the quiet pines away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are approximately 200 sites which can accommodate anything from a tent to large motor homes. There are no modern facilities or hookups. Port-a-jons and water are available throughout the campground. Tables and fire-pits are at most sites. The campground is operated and maintained by the White Mountain Apache Game and Fish Department. There is a permit required, $8.00 per vehicle. Rental permits can be purchased at the General Store.
