Ski Lessons
We have over 13 miles of groomed trails. Our campground that is enjoyed so much during the summer months is converted in the winter to half of our cross country trails. The other half is located across the road and is considered the easiest group of trails. All the trails are located in the beautiful pines with several large meadows for our skating friends.
For those beginners or those wishing to polish their Cross Country skills, we strongly recommend a lesson with one of our instructors. Reservations are required.

Equipment Rentals
Cross country rentals and trail permits are available only at the Sunrise Rental Shop. The friendly staff can get you and your family fitted with the equipment you need, offer details of the trails, and get you off and skiing in no time. If you are in need of lessons, we have both group and private lessons available. Call for reservations, (928) 735-7669 ext. 2310.
Sunrise offers Rossignol “Advantage” touring skis, boots, and poles for adults and children. Assured to glide your way around our 13 plus miles of marked, groomed cross country trails. Skiers must be 18 years old to sign the rental voucher. As a deposit, we retain a major credit card or $100.
