Located at the Sunrise Park Resort Hotel, Summit Restaurant offers a variety of classic American and traditional White Mountain Apache meals, some of which are offered with a new age twist, provided by world renowned Chef Nephi Craig. Summit Restaurant is also the premiere place to learn about the history and culture of the culinary aspects of the White Mountain Apache Tribe.
