Pond Skimming is a fun and thrilling way to push your snow sports skills to the max. On March 21st & 22nd, Sunrise will open a man made pond to skiers and snowboarders who are adventurous enough to try their luck at skimming across nearly 30 feet of water. A must see for guests and spectators alike, half the fun of Pond Skimming is seeing who has what it takes to make it all the way across. There is no additional charge to Pond Skim but a Sunrise Lift Ticket is required to participate. Guests can sign up for the Pond Skimming Event by visiting the Sunrise Guest Services Office the day of their visit.
