Just curious why Us college kids have to go through three months of hell and be in debt but we can’t snowboard for the one week were off in December? We pay like everyone else, I could have bought a years worth of top ramen with that $100.
Hey Jon,
Why are you so curious? Did you not read the conditions when you bought the pass? I believe it clearly states the blackout dates.
I paid $349.00 as an adult previous season pass holder, so I guess you don’t pay like everyone else. What did you expect for $99.00? You got a heck of a deal considering Sunrise opened up in November, and the season may very well be over 20 weeks long! Quit your complaining, and enjoy the great deal you got. If you want a pass like I have, start saving today. When you buy early season its $349.00 for previous pass holders, which means you have to save a little less than a dollar a day to earn a pass.
By the way, us is spelled with a lowercase u.
Last year it was open to everyone, I have every right to complain. I pay $16,000 a year to attend school so I can buy the 99 pass, don’t talk about money, don’t be arrogant just because you pay 349.
Stop being a whiny, entitled college brat Jon. They are running a business to make money. You got a $99 pass for crying out loud. 2 times and it’s more than paid for. No one owes you a deal because you are in college and don’t like the stipulations. Get over yourself and live in the bog boy world.
We want to do night skiing on New Year’s eve. A couple of questions:
Can the public participate in the torchlite parade? Also what kind of food is available for dinner at the Sunrise base during New Year’s eve?
Hi Roger, yes the public is encouraged to participate in the torchlight parade. As for food available, the Daylodge Cafe and Sunrise Saloon will be open at the Sunrise lodge which will have a variety of food options.
Haha, Suzy that’s funny. We actually have tons of snow and the skiing is great! Checkout these photos or our live webcam on the home page of the site! Even better, checkout our Instagram profile.
