The Black Diamond Bar offers a range of beer, wine and spirits. You can sample appetizers from the Summit Kitchen or a pizza from the Sunset Grill with your favorite beverage. Open late on weekends and holidays.

The Sunset Grill offers hot and cold sandwiches, dinner salads, appetizers and our delicious hand-made pizzas with a variety of fresh toppings. We also serve soft-drinks, beer and wine. Come and enjoy lunch or dinner with the family.
The Summit Restaurant
Breakfast: 6:30 am – 10:30 am / Seven (7) days a week
Dinner: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm (varies on holidays and during night skiing)
Summit Restaurant has been the source of our White Mountain Apache creative culinary development for the past 5 years. The kitchen is led by Chef Nephi Craig and our White Mountain Apache Culinary Team. Together the culinary team has garnered recognition in publications such as Indian Country Today, Huffington Post, Newsweek Magazine, Forbes Magazine’s 2013 A-List for Native American Cuisine at Sunrise Park Resort. Most recently Chef Craig and the White Mountain Apache Culinary team’s Western Apache Cuisine have been featured in the 2014 August issue if Food and Wine Magazine.

The Chef’s Table is a unique dining experience that takes place inside the Summit Restaurant Kitchen. The Western Apache Chefs create a special tasting menu for your occasion. This is a one of a kind culinary journey throughout the Americas with Western Apache Cuisine as the vehicle. Come and enjoy a complete Indigenous Culinary Sensory Experience with Chef Nephi Craig and the White Mountain Apache Culinary Team.
The Chef’s Table can seat 2, 4, or 6 people and reservations are required one week in advance. Seats at the Chef’s Table are $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity) not including alcohol. Reservations can be made Tuesday through Saturday from 9am—5pm at (928)-735-7669 ext.2288
