The Chef’s Table is a unique dining experience that happens inside the kitchen. The Chefs create a special tasting menu for your occasion. This is a one of a kind culinary journey throughout the Americas with Western Apache Cuisine as the vehicle. Come and enjoy a complete Indigenous Culinary Sensory Experience with Executive Chef Nephi Craig and the White Mountain Apache culinary team.

The Chef’s Table can seat 2, 4, or 6 people and reservations are required one week in advance. Reservations can be made Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am - 5 pm at (928)-735-7669 ext.2288. A seat at the Chef’s Table is $95.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Chef’s Table: A complete dining experience prepared by a Chef in his kitchen. Diners enjoy exquisite samplings of dishes in the Chef’s repertoire. Diners are actually behind the scenes, in the kitchen getting to know the Chef in person while gaining an intimate understanding of the culinary process.

Come and sample world class cooking in Western Apacheria. Executive Chef Nephi Craig, of the Sunrise Park Resort Hotel, is offering Chef’s Table dinners in his kitchen. Chef Craig has cooked at the James Beard House in New York and all over the world in London, Germany, Brazil and Japan. Craig’s Indigenous regional cooking is reflective of the White Mountain’s seasonal bounty with bold flavors, indigenous ingredients and global sensibilities. Chef Craig has worked at The Country Club at DC Ranch and is an alumni of Mary Elaine’s at the Phoenician. In November 2013, Chef Craig served as a stagier in the two-star Michelin restaurant Grace in Chicago, Illinois. Chef Nephi Craig is White Mountain Apache and Dineh. Chef Craig and his White Mountain Apache Culinary Team are pioneers in Native American Cuisine.
