Weather Policy: Our goal is to get your group zip-lining, rain or shine. However, we will close the course due to high-winds or lighting in the area. During times of passing storms we will suspend and hold zipline tours already in progress and delay tours set to start. Weather holds may last up to an hour. Cancellations are always our last option. In the event we must cancel your tour, we will reschedule you at your convenience, or provide you a voucher for a future tour valid up to one year. No Refunds for cancelled tours due to weather. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancelation Policy: We have a 72 hour (3 day) cancellation policy. Cancellations made after the 72 hour period or if you fail to appear on your booked date, will result in forfeiture of your reservation deposit.
Sunrise Park Resort reserves the right to disqualify any participant if we find they do not meet the above criteria or based on operator judgment due to safety concerns.
