Tried to purchase two Sunrise passes through the online store. Your website is not working. Attempted many times. I would like the discount as you have as advertised. Please contact me so I can purchase with discount.
Hi Cathy, where are you getting stuck? We just had a number of sales come through and I tested the pass order page and it worked for me. Give us a call tomorrow and we can help you out (855) 735-7669.
Hi, my parents bought me a season pass and was wondering what i need to bring to the counter once i go to pick it up. Would i need my parents to go with me?
I was wondering if there were any exceptions to the college pass. I was going to buy my friend a college pass, but realized he is not in 12 credit hours. He is an electrical apprentice and has to pay for all his tools (which adds up to other a thousand dollars) and he has to pay to go to school.
Hi Katie, if there’s a way he could show that the electrical apprenticeship is part of the college program, or he’s receiving credit equivalent to a total of 12 credit hours then we may be able to make an exception. Mainly, we just need to be able to show that a college pass is going to a full time college student.
Hi, my husband brought ours kids up the weekend you did the free youth season passes. I am wondering when they come for the first time does it matter if it’s a holiday weekend or not? Like this weekend for instance… Thanks…
Unfortunately not yet, just Sunrise Peak. There is no snow in the forecast these next few days so we are subject to the snow that has accumulated on Sunrise Peak and the snow we’ve been making. Hopefully we get another storm soon!
I want better understanding of the Sunrise Pass. I got one last year and loved it, but it seems that you have changed it quite a bit. If I purchase it for $75 and use it for the first time December 29 or 30 I will get charged $71 minus the 15% right? Then if I come up Civil Rights Weekend again I get charged $71 minus 15%, right? BUT if I then come up the next weekend, January 23 and ski I would get that day for “free” from the $75 purchase price of the Sunrise Pass? And then if I come up President’s day weekend I would again get charge $71 minus the 15%. Is that all correct?
Thank you very much!
Hey Michael, the Sunrise pass gives you a free full price lift ticket and then 15% off all tickets following. So if you say, came up this weekend while lift tickets are still discounted, you would get 15% off the discounted ticket and it would save the free ticket for a full price day.

November 19, 2015 at 4:28 pmHi Page, that would be fine as long as you’re a full time student with 12 or more credit hours.

I have a question i am not currently a full time student but will be taking 12 credits next semester. Am i still able to get a college season pass?

December 2, 2015 at 10:44 amHi Fabian, if you can bring in a transcript showing your 12+ credit hours we would be able to get you a pass. Especially if you come up in January.
