Sunrise is opening this Saturday Nov. 21st. All of Sunrise Peak will be open and lift tickets will be sold at discounted prices. Apache and Cyclone peaks will be opening soon.
The guest services office is open 8:00a - 5:00p and lifts will run 9:00a - 4:00p. We will be open Thanksgiving Day!
Can I also received an additional 15% off the half price lift tickets with my Sunrise Pass on Saturday? I know with the Sunrise pass it says that your first day is free. Can I use that free day when lift tickets are full price and use my 15% off the half price lift ticket on Saturday? I called your office but no one could answer this question… Thanks…
HI the website says opening day lift tickets will be sold at half price. Does this mean half the price of a full day ticket or is it saying tickets will be sold at half day rates?
Hey Brandon, actually we will be opening more runs than initially thought so here’s the correct pricing Adult – $52, Youth – $44, Junior – $31, Senior 65-69 – $32, Senior 70+ – $20, Military Personnel – $46
Hi Greg, night skiing will be on certain dates. We will post those dates and times to the website once their finalized. This weekend we are just open 9-4.
Hi Dawn, Nov 27/28 would be our regular pricing so an adult ticket is $66 and a youth ticket (13-17) is $56. 12 and under is $39. We don’t offer a AAA discount, sorry.
I went up on Saturday the 21st and was charged $52 for my lift ticket. Does this mean your lift tickets are $104/day this year? I was under the impression you had half price lift tickets for opening weekend.
Hi Kris, the prices from the weekend were actually the Half DAY prices, as apposed to half price. Here are all of our ticket prices. Sorry for any confusion.
We are looking at visiting either this Friday or Saturday after Thanskgiving. I have a wife and two kids (9 and 5) who are all first timers. Looking at your ski school options, what would you recommend for them? I was thinking the Super Tracker for my 5 year old, the Sunrise Discovery Explorer for my 9 year old and Sunrise Discovery for my wife. Is it possible to have both kids in the same lesson? I’m assuming that might be only possible with a private lesson. Also, I see there are half and full day options for the 6 and under lessons — are there half or full day options for the first timer Sunrise Discovery Lessons for 7-12 and adult as well? Thanks!
Hi Justin, rather than splitting the family up into different lessons (especially since both kids are first timers, I would recommend a private lesson session. The half way would allow the whole family have fun together and allow the kids to learn the basics and get some practice. Then you could spend the afternoon riding - or if you wanted to ski in the morning while the wife and kids partake in a lesson together you guys could all meet up at lunch time.

November 20, 2015 at 2:11 pmIt’s actually usually one of the slowest days of the year.
But with the entire peak being open this year on opening day, it could be pretty busy.
Still worth it though
